My educational background:  1972 BA in Advertising, Washington State University; 1979 MBA/Marketing, University of Cincinnati. Hundreds of hours of real estate professional courses.

My most memorable experiences: decorating an office for Jimmy Carter when he was President, serving as a delegate to various international conventions, throwing a party for 3500, launching cruise service in Tahiti, vacationing in South Africa, Dubai and India.
