My name is Virginia Rhea- and I go by Ginny. I am 42 years old, married to my handsome husband Ryan Rhea, and have two beautiful teenage children, Ayden and Addison, 14 & 15 years old and 4 bonus children – twins- boy and girl that are 20, 18-year-old boy, and 15-year-old girl. We are a blended family of love and craziness!

Originally born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a registered Chickasaw Indian, I moved right after high school and became a military wife.

I have 4 four legged mammals that classify as cats who think they are humans; Bobo(girl- 12 years old- black Maine coon- she is regal and sweet, smart and protective), Andy-boy-6 years old- orange- fat-fluffy-that looks and acts like Garfield), Buttons-boy-6 years old- tuxedo- sweet boy- mama’s boy), and Nova-girl- 3years old- the princess of the house, who will make many batches of biscuits each day!)

My husband, children, pets, and family are my entire universe and are what complete me. I thank God daily for them!

We are a military family; my husband is Retired Airforce and Civil Service.

I have moved 24 times in 24 years. Oklahoma, North Carolina- Camp Lejeune- 9 years, Charleston, South Carolina- 2 years, Panama City, Florida- 12 years, back to Oklahoma at Tinker Airforce Base for 12 months- all of 2024- Raleigh, North Carolina from the beginning of January 2025 to August 1, 2025- and currently now in New Bern, NC, the last six months! We now are settled here in New Bern, NC and are enjoying getting to know this historical hallmark coastal town and community.
I have a wide variety of education and job skills including, legal, real estate, financial, business administration and management.

I am a current Florida Realtor, Oklahoma Notary, North Carolina Realtor, a full-time student, enrolled at the University of Oklahoma, MBA Price Business College Program, graduating in May of 2027 with my MBA.

I graduated from Coastal Carolina with my associate’s degree, Paralegal Diploma, along with a few other legal certifications, and my BA in Business Administration at the University of Mount Olive.
I am excited to join Century 21, Zaytoun-Raines to help with all your buying and selling needs. I have worked in Real Estate for four years, previously in Florida. I have a strong commitment to my faith, family, neighbors, friends, and clients.

In my spare time, I spend studying, learning our area, being a mother and wife to my children and husband. I have a forever love of the beach, traveling, my pets, reading, exploring, music, learning, and growing in all aspects of life.
